Self-soothing refers to activities or behaviors that an individual engages in to regulate their emotions and reduce stress. It involves comforting and calming oneself in times of distress or discomfort.
Alot of us have to learn these techniques the hard way or on our own or both.
Scripting manifestation involves writing down your desired outcomes as if they have already happened. Use positive language and focus on the emotions you’d feel upon achieving them. This is a way to attract those outcomes into your reality.
I’ve been calling it “fantasy writing” !!! Lol!!!I really didn’t know it was a thing. I just write in my journal things I want as it already happened. It really does work ! I’ve manifested my current apt, my trip to London and so much more.
I’m hoping this post doesn’t trigger anyone. Food consumption is a very polarizing topic. I myself had issues with binge eating in my past. Money was an issue in my family due to circumstances beyond my control. So, what I got to eat as a child was very limited. When I moved out and making my own money, I really indulge in “treats” I couldn’t afford before.
On top of that , I was an emotional eater. I would eat my feelings all the time. It didn’t changed until recently when I decided to go to addiction counseling & work on myself.
I’m still working on myself.

I also seek out an nutritionist to help educate myself on more helpful ways to fuel my body.
One of the techniques that help me get balance with my eating is mindful eating.
Mindful eating is a practice that involves paying attention to the physical and mental sensations of eating. It encourages individuals to savor their food, make conscious choices, and develop a healthier relationship with food.
My mom was obsessed with feng shui. She was always arranging the furniture in a certain way to bring in prosperity.

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese art. It involves arranging buildings, objects, and space in an environment. The goal is to achieve harmony and balance. This practice will bring peace and prosperity.

I’m grateful for my time as a teacher for many reasons. I learn effective tools for time management. I never expected what I learned at one of my first jobs would stick for the rest of my life. Truly dealing with hyperactive 2nd graders will get anyone to get their act together! lol! Those kids were great but man oh man I wouldn’t want to do that again. Now I just babysit or tutor one on one. No need to have to deal with more than 2 kids. I believe I had about 26 kids in my class. way too much!
