Everyday of my life, whatever I’m doing that day, I have a solid routine that I do insure that my day goes smoothly:
Meditation: If you are not doing this already it may seem overwhelming. My recommendation is to start with just a few minutes a day. 3-5 minutes work, then gradually work up to 10 minutes then to 15..etc I use apps that has guided meditation which is so easy to follow. my fav is https://insig.ht/MmEyzPbRoQb
affrimation: It sound silly but it reaally does work . This take less then a minute and you’ll feel so much better. here are few examples:
drink water first thing in the morning: I drink cold purified water from the Birta but you can fancy it up any way you want. I like to do this first thing before drinking coffee or having breakfast. also, make sure to drink plenty of it throughout the day.
Hygiene/Skincare: Brush my teeth, wash my face and skincare happens here. I’ll elaborate in another post.
Stretch: I have to stretch, no excuses. Here are a few stretches that work:
graduititude journal: Writing 3 things or more of what you’re grateful for really bring a sense of purpose.
to-do list: Basic things you have to do , day to day. May sound simple but writing it down does help me get it done.
These are the basic things I do daily. Depending on the season, or what I’m doing that day it will be slightly different, but this is the basic.

I had a roommate from Germany, and she once told me the story of Krampus.
According to Wikipedia:
The Krampus is a horned anthropomorphic figure who, in the Central and Eastern Alpine folkloric tradition, is said to accompany Saint Nicholas on visits to children during the night of 5 December (Krampusnacht; “Krampus Night”), immediately before the Feast of St. Nicholas on 6 December. In this tradition, Saint Nicholas rewards well-behaved children with small gifts, while Krampus punishes badly behaved ones with birch rods.
Today is Krampus Night!🎄
