I live in NY, and walking is a big part of my life. It’s also easy cardio. If you’re starting a fitness routine, consider walking. It’s easy and free. You can start it anytime; you don’t need a fancy membership or equipment. You can do it anywhere! No need to have a certain location to walk either. You can try to park your car farther from your office. You can do it after dinner with your family. If I’m temping at an office, I do it during lunch time to get in my steps. So flexible!!
