Self-soothing refers to activities or behaviors that an individual engages in to regulate their emotions and reduce stress. It involves comforting and calming oneself in times of distress or discomfort.
Alot of us have to learn these techniques the hard way or on our own or both.
Scripting manifestation involves writing down your desired outcomes as if they have already happened. Use positive language and focus on the emotions you’d feel upon achieving them. This is a way to attract those outcomes into your reality.
I’ve been calling it “fantasy writing” !!! Lol!!!I really didn’t know it was a thing. I just write in my journal things I want as it already happened. It really does work ! I’ve manifested my current apt, my trip to London and so much more.
